Some days there isn't enough caffeine in the world!
Dutch Cake1 1/2 cups flour1 cup sugar2 Tbs butter crumbled up (cut in small pieces)1 egg beaten and then add enough milk to equal 1 cupCombine the above and beat for 2 minutes with electric mixer. Add 2Tbs of baking powder and beat again til mixed in. Pour into greased cake pans. Sprinkle with dark brown sugar and cinnamon. Dot top with pieces of butter (more sugar and lots of butter dots create tunnels of brown sugar when it cooks).Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.Enjoy!
